Silver medal 2024

We are pleased to announce that our D&FI Group has just been awarded ECOVADIS Silver certification for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy. This prestigious recognition underlines our ongoing and total commitment to sustainable and responsible practices.

ECOVADIS Silver certification is further proof of our determination to integrate social, environmental and ethical criteria into all our activities. It rewards our constant efforts to improve our environmental, social and economic impact.

Here are some of the key actions that contributed to this recognition:

• Reducing our carbon footprint through energy efficiency and waste management initiatives.
• Promoting diversity and inclusion within our team and supply chain.
• Commitment to ethical business practices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all our dealings.
• Active contribution to local communities through social projects and solidarity partnerships.

Social policy

• HR Scorecard finalized.
• KPI-driven staff training
• ROOMEE application beta testing phase with service managers completed in December 2023.
• An idea box accessible to all employees since April 2023.
• Internal regulations updated and distributed to all staff.
• Redesign of individual interviews to include the CSR dimension.
• Best mutual insurance reimbursement system with no additional costs for employees, fully covered by D&fi groupe.

Responsible purchasing policy

• Survey of 30% of our suppliers on their CSR and eco-responsible commitments.
• Systematic search for new local and eco-responsible suppliers.
• Implementation of PROVIGIS for the collection of legal documents since November.

Environmental policy

• ^1st carbon footprint achieved.
• Transition plan rolled out to department heads since September 2023.
• All offices switched to LED lighting in May 2023.
• Dematerialization of our customers' invoices and customs documents.
• 25% of our fleet in electric vehicles.
• Objective C02" label renewed in March 2024.
• Installation of paper recycling bins with PAPREC via our subsidiary DIAPASON.
• Eco-responsible commercial offer with delivery in electric vehicles.

2024 results

Results to match our determination

We worked hard in 2023 to set up our new CSR department, to determine the actions to be taken and thus meet the first objectives at stake in the Ecovadis rating, which awarded us the bronze medal.

In 2024, we renewed our strong commitment with a constant improvement in our actions and the reward of a silver medal with our position in the top 15 out of 100.

The two players we approached, Ecovadis and Objectif CO2enable us to set achievable objectives in the short, medium and long term.

D&fi Groupe will soon be offering more low-carbon services to encourage our customers to choose more eco-responsible services.
