Our fifteen-strong operational team includes a sales manager, operations manager, customer assistants, production foremen and team leaders. Our IT tool combines physical management of locations with decision-making tools for order preparation and information feedback.
Your mission
Your role as logistics team leader will focus on our warehouse/logistics platform. Depending on how the work is organized internally, you will specialize in the main logistics functions (receiving, storage, dispatch) and will be the most versatile position across all these functions.
Control logistics activities :
- Organize incoming and outgoing goods.
- Manage merchandise locations and storage.
- Ensure proper order preparation.
- Manage preparation areas and ensure on-time shipments.
- Supervise the upkeep and maintenance of handling equipment.
- Manage inventory.
Ensure compliance with storage rules :
- Help organize inventories.
- Ensure that stocks are in good condition.
- Leading teams.
Organize and lead the work of your team:
- Implement local management.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and health and safety rules.
- Keep preparation, shipping and storage areas clean.
