Your position

We're looking for 1 to 3 dynamic, enthusiastic Account Managers to join our new team of 5 people: 3 Account Managers, 1 Team Manager and 1 Customer Service Manager. You'll be joining a young, motivated team that's keen to work in agile mode, and that likes to dust off the concept of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the e-logistics and e-commerce sector, be customer-oriented, and ready to contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service. You'll be the face of the company for our customers, handling their needs, answering their questions and resolving their problems professionally and efficiently.

As a true strength of D&fi Groupe, you will also be responsible for customer loyalty and for ensuring good communication between our various departments. A strategic position with high added value, which will evolve over time within the existing team.

Vos responsabilités

  • Working in agile
  • Track orders and keep customers informed of the status of their goods.
  • Handle calls, emails and customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's services.
  • In the future, manage incoming quotation requests and respond to prospects.
  • Proactively resolve customer problems and complaints.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service by sharing comments and suggestions.

Vos compétences

  • English spoken and written (imperative).
  • Previous experience in a customer service position is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the logistics and transport sector is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong customer focus and desire to satisfy customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Computer skills, including customer service software.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
