Creation of EX&cutive SAS. EX&cutive was created to provide a pragmatic response to increasingly complex and expensive logistics and transport issues. Year 2007
EX&cutive acquires FET, a logistics and transport company founded in 1997. It strengthens its offering in the national and international express sector and enhances its logistics service.
Year 2010
The signing of a partnership agreement between EX&cutive groupe and the financial company MBO Partenaires gives rise to Holding D&fi, enabling EX&cutive groupe to pursue its internal and external growth.
Year 2012
Creation of the Executive Air and Sea division (sea and air transport) and membership of the market's most renowned networks.
Creation of Executive Logistique: national/international parcel delivery and European chartering, integrating PFP acquired in 2011.
Year 2015
Takeover of Diapason, expert in logistics and order preparation for events and e-commerce sales.

D&fi creates its Fordis communications agency, integrating the Care Off graphics studio acquired in 2006.
