Organisation and optimisation of a Supply Chain or a transport service

  • Designing, drafting, constructing, steering and monitoring the setting up of a Supply Chain (productions, equipment, installations, services and solutions).
  • Providing the interface between the companies’ services and its customers by handling the commercial, technical and financial aspects in accordance with regulations and deadline, cost and quality requirements.
  • Supervising a team of engineers or industrial project managers or a project team.

Handling of Invitations to Tender and Price Renegotiation

  • Analysing the customer’s needs in terms of expected quality of service and profitability,
  • Designing and developing technical and financial solutions in specifications, preliminary projects, proposed offers and estimates,
  • Negotiating the technical and financial solutions with the customer and contractualising the invitation to tender,
  • Coordinating the implementation of the invitation to tender with the purchasing, production, commercial and logistics departments and determining the necessary adjustments,
